Lorenzo Conti

 

Lorenzo is an Italian illustrator based in Rome, working across publishing, editorial, and advertising.

 

After graduating from the Officina B5 School of Illustration, he established himself as a freelance illustrator, working with Italian and international clients across publishing, editorial, advertising, and music.

 

In 2015, he created the background artwork for the animated short film Black, produced by So What Pictures and screened and awarded at several international film festivals. The following year, he received the Audience Award at the Tapirulan Illustration Contest, one of Italy's leading competitions dedicated to contemporary illustration.

 

From 2020 to 2026, his work was selected for the Annual Illustration Award by Autori di Immagini, the Italian Association of Illustrators, whose annual publication is widely regarded as one of the country's most significant showcases of contemporary illustration.

 

Since 2021, Lorenzo has been represented by Illustration Zone. Through this collaboration, he has worked with leading international newspapers, magazines, and publishers, including The New York Times, NYTimes Books, The Washington Post, Harper's Magazine, Crain Communications, HuffPost, Radio Times and Politico.
